Discovering Your Authentic Self

Close your eyes and settle into a comfortable position, allowing your body to find its natural balance. Take a deep breath and feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest. With each exhalation, let go of any tension or worries, and simply be present in this moment.

As we begin this meditation, I invite you to explore the concept of self-trust—a deep, unwavering faith in your own intuition and inner wisdom. This trust is rooted in the understanding that, at your core, you possess a profound connection to the world around you and a unique path to follow.

Bring your attention to your breath, observing the subtle sensations as the air moves in and out of your body. Notice how your body breathes for you, without any conscious effort. Just as you trust your lungs to breathe and your heart to beat, you can learn to trust the wisdom that resides within you.

Now, expand your awareness to encompass your entire body. Scan through your physical being with a kind and curious attention, noticing any sensations that arise. Perhaps there's a tightness in your shoulders or a warmth in your chest. Simply acknowledge these feelings without judgment, allowing them to be as they are.

As you continue to scan your body, remember that your emotions and physical sensations are messengers, offering valuable insights into your needs and desires.
