Dear friend, let us embark on a journey together, a journey to find the home that resides within each of us. If it feels right, gently close your eyes and take a deep, cleansing breath. Inhale through your nose, letting the air fill your lungs, and exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension you may be holding.
As you breathe out, feel your jaw soften, your forehead smooth, and your shoulders relax. Let your belly be soft and your hands rest gently, releasing any grip they may have. With each breath, sink deeper into the present moment, into the sanctuary of your being.
