Take a deep breath, inhaling through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth. As you breathe out, feel your jaw, shoulders, hands, and belly relax. Let your breath find its natural rhythm, flowing effortlessly like a gentle river.

Imagine yourself standing on the banks of a serene river, its waters reflecting the luminous sky above. As you gaze into the river, you see your own reflection looking back at you. This river represents the constant flow of life, the ever-changing nature of existence.

Just as the river accepts all that enters its waters, embrace all aspects of yourself with compassion and understanding. The smooth pebbles and the jagged rocks, the calm currents and the turbulent eddies – all are part of the river's journey, just as your strengths and challenges are part of your unique path.

Repeat silently to yourself: "I am like the river, constant yet ever-changing. I accept and embrace all parts of myself, for they contribute to the wholeness of my being."

As you stand by the river, feel its wisdom flowing through you. The river teaches us to be present in each moment, to let go of resistance and flow with the current of life. It reminds us that our authentic self is not a fixed destination, but a continuous unfolding.
