2. What are the core principles of mindful enlightenment?

Mindful enlightenment is rooted in the practice of mindfulness, which emphasizes living in the present moment, non-judgmental awareness, and compassion towards oneself and others. The core principles include cultivating an awareness of the breath, observing thoughts without attachment, recognizing the impermanence of sensations and emotions, and developing a deep sense of interconnectedness with all beings.

3. How often should one meditate to achieve mindful enlightenment?

5. How does mindful enlightenment affect mental health?
