Close your eyes gently and allow yourself to settle into this moment. Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling the air fill your lungs, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension you may be holding. As you continue to breathe, let each exhale carry away the weight of the day, the worries, and the doubts.
Bring your attention to the sensations of your body. Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each breath, the warmth of your skin, and the weight of your body being supported by the surface beneath you. Allow yourself to sink deeper into this support, feeling held and secure.
As you rest here, imagine a soft, warm light enveloping your body. This light represents the safety and comfort of the present moment. With each inhale, feel this light filling your being, and with each exhale, feel yourself surrendering to its embrace. Let this light soothe your nervous system, signaling to your mind and body that it's okay to let go.
In this space of lightness and ease, recognize that you are exactly where you need to be. There is nowhere else to go, nothing to fix or defend against. Allow yourself to be fully present, savoring the simplicity and beauty of this moment.
As thoughts arise, acknowledge them with kindness and then gently guide your attention back to your breath and the sensation of lightness within you. Embrace the ephemeral nature of each passing moment, finding freedom in the understanding that all things, including any discomfort or unease, will eventually pass.
Rest in this space of lightness and presence for as long as you like, knowing that you can return to this feeling of safety and ease whenever you need it. When you're ready, slowly begin to deepen your breath, wiggling your fingers and toes, and gently opening your eyes. Carry this sense of lightness with you as you continue your day, remembering that peace and liberation are always available to you in the present moment.
