Welcome, dear friend. It's Rohan here, inviting you to join me on a journey into the heart of mindfulness and self-discovery. Find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, and allow yourself to settle into this moment.

Take a deep breath, feeling the air fill your lungs, and as you exhale, let go of any tensions or worries that may be clinging to you. With each breath, feel yourself sink deeper into the present, letting go of the past and future, and embracing the fullness of now.

As we rest here, I invite you to contemplate the inherent absurdity of life. Just like Sisyphus endlessly pushing his boulder up the mountain, we often find ourselves searching for meaning in a world that refuses to provide clear answers. But what if, instead of struggling against this absurdity, we learned to embrace it?

Imagine yourself as Sisyphus, standing at the base of the mountain, boulder at your feet. Feel the weight of the task ahead, the futility of your efforts. Now, take a deep breath and smile. Smile at the absurdity of it all, at the beautiful struggle of the human condition.

As you begin to push the boulder up the mountain, bring your full awareness to the sensation of the rock against your hands, the strain in your muscles, the beads of sweat forming on your brow. Be fully present in each moment, not thinking about the top of the mountain or the inevitable descent, but pouring yourself into the task at hand.

With each step, feel a sense of liberation growing within you. By embracing the present moment, you free yourself from the tyranny of searching for meaning, and instead, discover the profound beauty of simply being.

As you reach the top of the mountain, take a moment to pause and look out at the vast expanse before you. Feel the sense of accomplishment, not in reaching the peak, but in the journey itself. Then, watch as the boulder rolls back down, knowing that you will begin again, forever engaged in this beautiful, absurd dance of life.

Now, bring your awareness back to your breath, to the rise and fall of your chest. Know that this practice of embracing the present moment, of finding joy in the absurdity of life, is available to you always. It is a path to inner peace and authentic living.

As you prepare to return to your day, take a moment to thank yourself for showing up, for doing this important work of self-discovery. Remember, life is a beautiful struggle, and by embracing each moment with mindfulness and a smile, you open yourself to the profound depths of the human experience.

Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes, taking a deep breath in and gently opening your eyes as you exhale. Carry this sense of presence and liberation with you as you move through your day, remembering that peace is always available in the here and now.
