Find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, allowing your body to settle into a relaxed state. Take a moment to acknowledge your presence here, in this space, at this time.

Let's begin by taking a deep, conscious breath. Inhale slowly through your nose, feeling the air fill your lungs, expanding your chest and belly. Pause for a moment at the top of your breath, and then exhale gently through your mouth, letting go of any tension or stress you may be holding.

As you continue to breathe, bring your attention to the sensations of the breath moving through your body. Notice the cool air entering your nostrils, the gentle rise and fall of your chest, and the subtle movements of your abdomen. Allow yourself to be fully present with each breath, moment by moment.

If your mind begins to wander, gently guide your attention back to your breath without judgment. Thoughts will come and go, like clouds drifting across the sky. Simply acknowledge them and then return your focus to the rhythm of your breathing.

With each inhale, imagine drawing in clarity, peace, and renewed energy. With each exhale, release any worries, doubts, or distractions that may be weighing you down. Breathe in tranquility, breathe out tension.

As you maintain this mindful awareness of your breath, notice how your body and mind begin to settle into a state of greater ease and calm. Embrace this sense of presence, knowing that you have the ability to tap into this inner stillness whenever you need it.
