Let's begin by taking a deep, cleansing breath. Inhale slowly through your nose, allowing your lungs to expand fully. Then, exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension or tightness you may be holding in your body. As you exhale, let your jaw soften, your shoulders relax, and your belly release.
