Hello, my wonderful friends. It's so nice to see you here today. Before we begin, can you find a comfortable spot to sit or lay down? You might like to have a soft blanket or pillow nearby to make yourself extra cozy.

Alright, now that you're settled in, let's begin by closing our eyes gently. Take a moment to notice how your body feels. Is it wiggly? Or maybe a little tired? Whatever you're feeling is perfectly okay.

Now, let's bring our attention to our breath. Can you feel the air moving in and out of your nose? Let's take a big breath in through our nose, feeling our tummy rise like a balloon filling up with air. Hold it for a moment, and then slowly let it out through your mouth, feeling your tummy fall back down. Let's do that again. Big breath in, tummy rises... and slow breath out, tummy falls.

As we continue breathing, imagine that with each breath in, we're filling our body with peaceful, calming energy. And with each breath out, we're letting go of any worries or big feelings we might have. Breath in, peace... breath out, release.

Let's take a few more breaths like this together, at your own pace.

You're doing a wonderful job. If any thoughts pop into your mind, that's okay. Just imagine them floating away like clouds in the sky, and gently bring your attention back to your breath.

Let's take one more big breath in... and one more big breath out.

Now, slowly start to wiggle your fingers and toes, letting your body wake up again. When you're ready, gently open your eyes.

Thank you for practicing mindful breathing with me today. Remember, whenever you need a moment of calm, you can always come back to your breath. Until next time, I wish you a wonderful day filled with peace and joy.
