In our fast-paced lives, it can be challenging to step back from the constant urge to plan, solve problems, and make changes. We rarely give ourselves permission to simply be. During this practice, grant yourself the opportunity to rest in the present moment, knowing that there's nowhere else you need to be and nothing else you need to do. Just breathe, rest, and be fully alive to what's here and now.

As you continue to breathe, invite yourself to contemplate a few questions. First, consider what matters most to you in life. Is it certain people, making a difference, or connecting to something greater than yourself? Take a moment to reflect on your deepest values and priorities.

Next, ask yourself what you would like to let go of. Perhaps you're holding onto resentments, regrets, or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. Acknowledge these burdens and give yourself permission to release them, creating space for positive growth and transformation.

Finally, set your highest intention for the day ahead. How do you want to show up in the world? What qualities do you wish to embody and express? Perhaps it's love, courage, kindness, or compassion. Clarify your intention and let it guide your thoughts, words, and actions throughout the day.

As the practice draws to a close, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, begin to wiggle your fingers and toes, gently bringing movement back into your body. When you feel ready, slowly open your eyes, carrying the awareness and clarity you've cultivated into the rest of your day.
