As you settle into your chosen posture, allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Now, let's take a moment to connect with the present, to fully embrace this moment of stillness and introspection. As we delve into our practice today, I invite you to explore the concept of the lightness of being, to find that sense of freedom and authenticity within yourself.

Begin by turning your attention inward, observing the stories and narratives that play out in your mind.
