Find a comfortable position, whether seated or lying down. Allow your body to settle into a relaxed state, letting go of any tension or strain. If it feels comfortable, gently close your eyes.

Begin by taking a deep, cleansing breath. Inhale slowly through your nose, filling your lungs with fresh air. Pause for a moment, then exhale through your mouth, releasing any stress or worry. Feel your body softening with each breath.

As you continue to breathe naturally, bring your awareness to the present moment. Notice the sensations in your body, the gentle rise and fall of your chest, the air moving in and out of your nostrils. Allow yourself to be fully immersed in this experience, letting go of any thoughts about the past or future.

In life, we are constantly faced with change and transitions. Whether it's a new job, a move to a different city, or a shift in our relationships, these moments can be both exciting and challenging. The key is to approach these transitions with mindfulness and acceptance.
