Let's begin by finding a comfortable position, whether you're sitting, standing, or lying down. If it feels right, gently close your eyes. Invite your hands and belly to release any tension they may be holding.
As your body settles into a state of ease, let your breath find its natural rhythm. For the next few moments, anchor your attention on your breath as a way to ground yourself in the present moment.
