Welcome, dear friend. It's Elina here, inviting you to join me in this present moment. Let's take a journey together, exploring the depths of patience and the freedom that comes with mindfulness.

Find a comfortable position, whether you're sitting, lying down, or standing. Allow your body to settle into a state of ease. If it feels right, gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath with me, inhaling through the nose and exhaling slowly through the mouth.

As you exhale, feel your jaw soften, your shoulders release, and your hands rest gently on your belly. Let your breath return to its natural rhythm, flowing in and out effortlessly.

In this meditation, we'll be focusing on cultivating patience by being fully present with each moment as it unfolds. The majority of our time together will be spent in silence. I encourage you to explore being very still in your body. When you notice the desire to move, shift, or for the meditation to be over, practice relaxing into that feeling. Gently bring your attention back to your breath, training yourself to be with the moment exactly as it is.

As we near the end of our practice, notice what you're feeling in your body and mind. If there's any sense of impatience or discomfort, practice being with it. Observe that you can stay present with these feelings without reacting to them.

Let's take one final deep breath together. Inhale through the nose, and exhale through the mouth.

When you're ready, start to move your body gently and allow your eyes to open. You've done a wonderful job.

As you continue your day, pay attention to when impatience arises. Instead of immediately reacting to it, approach it with curiosity. Bring your awareness to the feeling and recognize that you can stay with it, embracing the lightness of being in the present moment.
