This is a safe space to be exactly as you are.

As you continue to breathe, imagine that with each inhale, you're drawing in a sense of calm and ease. And with each exhale, you're releasing any tension or stress that you may be holding onto. With each breath, feel yourself settling more deeply into the present moment.

Now, let's bring to mind a challenging situation in your life. It could be a difficult relationship, a stressful work project, or a personal struggle. As you hold this situation in your awareness, notice any sensations that arise in your body. Perhaps you feel tightness in your chest, or a knot in your stomach. Acknowledge these sensations without trying to push them away.

Next, ask yourself, "What do I need in this moment to find a sense of peace and clarity?" Perhaps it's a word of kindness, a gentle reminder to be patient with yourself, or a sense of trust that everything will work out in time. Whatever comes to mind, silently repeat this message to yourself, letting it sink deep into your heart.

As you continue to breathe and hold this situation in your awareness, see if you can also open up to a broader perspective. Remember that challenges and difficulties are a natural part of life, and that every experience, no matter how painful, holds the potential for growth and transformation. Trust in your own resilience and inner strength, knowing that you have the capacity to face whatever comes your way with grace and wisdom.

Take a few more deep breaths, feeling a sense of spaciousness and ease filling your entire being. And when you're ready, gently open your eyes, bringing this sense of calm and clarity with you as you move through the rest of your day.
