Welcome to this guided sleep meditation to help you cultivate inner peace and deep relaxation. Find a comfortable position where you can fully relax, whether it's in bed or in a cozy spot. Allow your eyes to gently close if it feels right for you.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Feel your body already starting to unwind. Let's do this a few more times, focusing on the sensation of your breath calming your body.

Now, allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm. With each exhale, imagine releasing any tension or stress from your body, letting go with every breath out. Feel your body sinking into relaxation with each exhale, embracing the peace within.

Take a moment to scan your body for any areas holding tension. Start with your head and invite relaxation into your jaw, eyes, and face. Soften any tightness. Move your focus down to your neck and shoulders, breathing into these areas and releasing any tension as you exhale.

Continue this process, moving through your arms, hands, chest, belly, hips, thighs, legs, and feet. Imagine each part of your body becoming as soft and relaxed as possible, like melting into a state of deep peace.

As you lie in your cozy space, continue to bring awareness to your breath. Inhale gently, allowing your body to expand with air, and exhale slowly, feeling yourself sink deeper into comfort. Embrace the calmness that surrounds you.

If any worries or fears arise during the night, remember to return to your breath. Inhale serenity, exhale tension. Trust in your ability to soothe yourself back to a place of tranquility and rest.
