Inhale slowly through your nose, feeling the air fill your lungs, and exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension or worries you may be carrying. As you continue to breathe naturally, bring your awareness to the present moment, to the sensations in your body, and the gentle rhythm of your breath.

In this moment, there is no need to strive or to become anything other than who you are. Embrace the completeness of your being, just as you are, right now. As thoughts arise, acknowledge them with kindness and let them pass, like clouds drifting across a vast sky, always returning your focus to the breath.

Life is a series of transitions, a constant ebb and flow of change and uncertainty.
